Select the product, choose size/quantity, add to cart and proceed to checkout. Provide a local Purnia delivery address and complete payment. We'll send confirmation via email and show order status in your account orders page.
You can request cancellations or address changes before the order is dispatched. Contact support immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, changes depend on the local courier and may not be possible.
We deliver only within Purnia district (Bihar). Use the pincode checker on the Shipping page to confirm if your area is covered.
No — we do not publish carrier tracking links. Order stage and delivery updates are available from your account orders page. We'll also email you when the order is dispatched.
If an item arrives damaged or missing, report it to the delivery agent at handover and ask them to note it on the receipt. Photograph the damage and email champalalandsons.official@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate and process refunds/exchanges per our Returns policy.
We generally do not accept returns for change of mind unless specified on the product page. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. See our Returns page for exceptions.
Each product page contains a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, consider the fit description (slim/regular/relaxed). For help, send us your measurements and the product SKU and we'll advise.
Follow the care label on each fabric. As a general rule: gentle machine wash cold, line dry, and avoid harsh bleaching. For delicate fabrics (silk, linen blends) hand wash or dry-clean.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) for local deliveries within Purnia. Payment options appear at checkout.
Card/UPI payments are charged immediately on successful checkout. For COD, payment is collected by the delivery agent at handover.
Sign in and go to Account → Orders to see the live stage for each order (processing, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered). We also email updates for important stage changes.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If missing, sign in to your account to confirm the order or contact support with your order number and email used to place the order.
